Image Improved Customer Service Policies


Image Improved does not sell directly to consumers, but if an individual wants any of our products they can contact us and we will direct them to an authorized dealer.

All in-stock items will be shipped within 5 working days. Custom orders may take 4-8 weeks for delivery. You will receive an email, confirming your order including estimated ship date.


We guarantee that any purchases made with Image Improved will arrive in perfect condition. All items are priced and shipped carrying full insurance. In the event that an item is not in good condition, please email us at Please note to the carrier if you notice any damage to the container of the product for better tracking of the damage.


If you are ever unhappy with a regular stocking purchase made at Image Improved, simply email us or give us a call with the problem to obtain a return authorization within 15 days of your purchase. There will also be a 15% restocking fee for that return.


All custom orders placed will require a deposit upon the order date. You will have up to 3 working days to revoke the custom order placed otherwise you will not be able to cancel the order without losing the deposit given. All custom orders received are non-refundable.


We will notify you via e-mail of your refund once we have received and processed the returned item. We will then refund your credit card for the purchase amount, less actual shipping charges and a 15% restocking fee. ** We will refund shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error.


All personal information collected by Image Improved, inc. is kept confidential. We will never share, trade or sell any of this information to any third parties. We are 100% committed to protecting your privacy.
